TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF BOOKING
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
- A written confirmation is faxed/e-mailed to you and to the venue
concerned, giving details of numbers, dates and details known at
the time of booking. The venue will be asked to forward a day planner,
contract, terms and conditions to the client directly. This will
require further details to be submitted. Please retain copies of
all contractual details and confirmations for your files.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
- In the first instance contact IG CONFERENCE SERVICES and we will
inform the venue.
AMENDMENT TO BOOKING
- Should there be any change to numbers, programme and/ or timings
inform IG CONFERENCE SERVICES. Written details will then be given
to the venue who will be asked to reconfirm where necessary.
ROOMING LISTS
- Please let IG CONFERENCE SERVICES have a copy of the list of attendees
when available, you will need to let the venue have this.
PAYMENT - All
accounts are the responsibility of the client to pay directly to
the venue under the venue terms. This may be by invoice if credit
facilities have been established or by credit card.
OFFICE HOURS
- 09.00 - 17.30 hours Monday - Friday. Should
you need to make amendments/cancellations to bookings outside these
times, please advise the venues directly to avoid incurring any
cancellation charges.
