Together we discuss your requirements, covering budget, timing, location, type of venue and size of event. A search is then conducted on your behalf. IG CONFERENCE SERVICES will keep you informed of progress at all times.

A fully costed proposal outlining a suitable choice of venues will be forwarded to you as early as possible. Brochures of the candidate venues will be sent to you and where appropriate, we will arrange site visits with one of our representatives to accompany you if necessary.

Confirmation of your chosen venue is made in writing to both you and the venue. The final details and payment arrangements are made between yourselves and the venue selected.
